Appointments: Your appointment booking is binding. If you are unable to attend, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment. Treatment appointments that are not cancelled on time and missed can be charged.
Health insurance: Our services are generally covered by health insurance under the supplementary insurance for complementary and alternative therapies. Please clarify the conditions of coverage with your health insurance company before your first treatment.
